Valentine Babies

There's an awful lot of people I know who share birthdays fairly close to mine. Probably because nine months ago, it was February and you know what romantic holiday falls on that month. =) Wayne asked me what I wanted this year for my birthday (we're not big gift-givers - not even Christmas - but birthdays are an opportunity to show how special the other person is) =) In anycase, I started reflecting on my age and such. I'm usually self-conscious about my age because everyone thinks I'm so young and blah blah blah and even though I'm getting better with it, sometimes I get ticked when others start looking down on me just because of my age... as if I was less intelligent, less experienced, unable to comprehend certain things, incapable of many things. I have that chip on my shoulder. Another pantry item that needs to be thrown out. =P
