Brunch:
- Spinach and Sausage Frittata, green salad (Raley's recipe)

Lunch:
- Ravioli w/ Wild Mushroom Sauce, green salad (Raley's recipe)
- Chicken Fettucine w/ Cream Pesto Sauce (Everyday Food recipe)
- Homemade Tortilla Soup w/ sandwiches (Everyday Food recipe)

Dinner:
- Cabbage & Sausage (with green beans, onions, potatoes) - crockpot dish
- Baked Chicken Potpie w/ Green Beans & Squash; w/ puff pastry topping (Everyday Food recipe)
