Thursday Menu

Lunch:
Mini Battered Fish/Cheese Sandwiches
Coleslaw w/ Mustard dressing

Dinner:
Light soup (from roasted chicken/pork bones stock)
Southern Collard Greens (with bacon, onion, garlic, stock, red pepper flakes)
Leftover roasted chicken and roasted pork
Steamed rice
