Friday Five!

1) Do you remember your first best friend? Who was it?
I don't remember much about my first best friend... when I was little, I always had one good friend, but never really thought of them as my "best friend". Like in first grade, it was this one blonde girl (and I totally forgot her name) back in Fountain Valley. When I moved up to San Jose, it was Betty Chen. When I moved again, we lost touch and by 3rd grade, I started having girl groupie friends. And ever since then, I've been hesitant to label anyone my one true best friend. Until I met Wayne, of course. =P

2) Are you still in touch with this person?
Obviously if I can't remember the little blonde girl from O.C., no. As for Betty Chen, I later saw her in high school and it turns out that we developed into completely different people. So no, we don't keep in touch at all.

3) Do you have a current close friend?
I have lots of current close friends. =) Unfortunately, the ones I'm closest with are not in our area. They're all in the south bay area! A couple SV people, a couple college friends, and then there's Clem (can't think of a category for him). =P And overtime, my close friends and Wayne's close friends are slowly coming together and we are able to point out who are our close friends together (not just his and hers). =)

4) How did you become friends with this person?
Mostly through either 1) school or 2) church.

5) Is there a friend in the past that you wish you were still in contact with? Why?
Hmmmm. Not really. Although it would be nice to reconcile with one in particular, but Wayne's a bit wary of him, and to respect my husband, I'll stay away.
