Friday Five Time

1. Name five things in your refrigerator.
Leftover spaghetti noodles, leftover mooncake (which I'm going to chuck right after I finish with this blog), leftover pie, some homemade cream cheese I whipped up a couple days ago, and a pound of oxtail I have yet to cook.

2. Name five things in your freezer.
An apple pie, lots of different meats (lamb, pork, beef, chicken thighs), a jamba juice drink MCL gave us, and three different kinds of ice cream. Oh, and we still have the top of our wedding cake in there somewhere in a tupperware. Nasty huh? It's like...oh... over 16 months old now. Blech.

3. Name five things under your kitchen sink.
Raid, Windex, 409, a bunch of vases, and Costco dishwashing liquid.

4. Name five things around your computer.
The printer, the scanner, tons of paper and folders and books everywhere (its kinda messy), a bunch of pens, pencils and highlighters in front of the keyboard, and a funny flower picture of me and Wayne when we were just 5 months into dating.

5. Name five things in your medicine cabinet.
Gosh, there's tons of stuff in there (whatever huge bags of samples Wayne finds at the ER... hehe). Allergy stuff, headache/pain medication stuff, bandages galore, test strips of some kind, lots of stuff for heartburn, and other stuff. I can't recognize half of it.

Anyways, reading L's blog reminded me that today is the anniversary of the Loma Prieta earthquake. How could I forget it? I think I was in 7th grade... sitting in my room, doing homework. When the ground started shaking like crazy, instintively I went underneath my desk, and nearly cut my hand on the heater grate because the ground was shaking so much. Later, we taped all the windows shut and wore socks. I was glad that we didn't have school for the rest of the week. One of my friends said he was on the toliet at the time of the earthquake... various people were getting ready to watch the World Series, taking a nap, or on the road.
