It is an indication that you still love yourself too much if you are afraid to submit to others. What a paltry comparison if you, nothing but ashes, submit yourself to others in the Lord, when I the Almighty and most high God, the Creator of everything, subjected myself to the world for your sake! I became the most humble and submissive of all people, that you might overcome your pride with my humility.
