Thesis update:
So I went back into the social work office at CSUS this afternoon. I had thought about going in earlier, but last night I felt a little sick and this morning I didn't feel well at all, and didn't fully feel ready to go out until around 2pm. It turns out that as I was at the office, the Dept Chair was in the middle of reviewing my thesis, and when he found out that I was there, he requested to speak to me. YIKES. I was plenty freaked out, and the people at the SW office told me to wait until he was ready to speak to me. I sat there for a good 20 minutes, and it was pure torture. My mind was running through all the possibilities of what could be wrong and how I would have to rehaul the entire thing and etc. etc....
So the Dept Chair came out and invited me into his office and we chatted for a good half hour about all the things he would recommend that I change (not just formatting changes, mind you, but CONTENT changes). These "recommendations" include rehauling my appendix tables (that's a good 10-12 pages right there) and instead of putting them in the appendix, I ought to incorporate them into my Chapter 4 text. And of course, when I incorporate tables into the text, I have to expand my text to discuss what I've included in there. Which means that all the page numbers AFTER Chapter 4 needs to be changed as well.
Why couldn't Dr. Hamiliton have given me this feedback at least a month ago...? Kill me already....
