Laksa (today's lunch)

Ok, I took this picture from my Palm Zire 71, so it's not the world's greatest shot (nor the lighting/detailing either) but if I had taken it with our Kodak digital camera, it would look alot more spectacular.

But it sure TASTED spectacular.
(There are wide rice noodles underneath, with the spicy laksa soup, topped with sliced cucumbers, shredded dark chicken meat, eggs, and bean sprouts.)

For those of you who don't know what laksa is, look here. It's a Singaporean curry noodle soup dish, and there's a Malaysian/Penang version of it too. YUM!!!
