Food thots for the week

Dinner #1:
Creamy risotto with mushrooms
Roasted vegetables & hot link sausages

Dinner #2:
Italian grilled chicken (do I have time to defrost & marinade?)
leftover roasted veggies & risotto

Dinner #3: Thai Night!!!!!!!!
Red curry chicken with basil
Stir fry vegetables (with pad thai sauce)
potstickers
steamed rice

Dinner #4:
Spaghetti with homemade marinara sauce
Homemade meatballs
Salad
