Dinner #1:
Fried rice (with leftover rice, frozen veggies, eggs, green onions, garlic, lop cheung)
Potstickers (fried dumplings) with dipping sauce (soy sauce, white vinegar, chili oil)
Leftover chinese soup
Dinner #2:
Baked red snapper in tomatoes and olives
Grilled asparagus (marinated in garlic olive oil and balsalmic vinagar and thyme?)
Rice (tired of white... maybe something seasoned? oooh CHICKEN rice... YUMMM)
Dinner #3:
Campanelle pasta with mixed mushrooms and aged jack cheese
Salad (romaine lettuce, baby tomatoes, croutons, balsalmic vinagrette?)
Bread sticks (would that be too much?)
