Today has been (and still is) a scramble of a day. The only reason why I took time to go online and blog is because 1) I'm lazy and 2) I'm an online junkie. Anyways, because the whole garage door opener project lasted way longer than anticipated (my FIL and Wayne finally finished at 2pm today). They were testing it out, and opened and closed the damn thing nearly 20 times. No wonder the motor inside started overheating and the whole thing didn't work all over again. Aiya... back to square one.
I went to return some DVDs (finally got myself a Blockbuster card), run some errands, and grab a large combo pizza at Costco. While I was at Costco, I treated myself to some comfy white ankle socks. I really ought to learn to appreciate wearing socks. My Perspectives buddies keep commenting on my bare feet every Monday night.
I did some laundry, did the dishes, and tried (unsuccessfully) to finish my Perspectives homework. Half way through, I gave up and decided to start cleaning the master bathroom. Priscilla Ching called briefly, and we rushed off to church for a prayer meeting. After rushing back, Wayne's in the garage changing my car's oil, among a list of other things we need to complete before we leave for Irvine tommorrow. We haven't even BEGUN to pack... so much for going to bed early tonight. (Maybe I'll do my homework on the drive down there...?)
