Recipe for What I Feel Today

3 Tbsp. of Disappointment
1 cup of Anger
2 handfuls of Hurt
1 dash of Confusion
3/4 cup of Discouragement

Mix ingredients well, under low heat, for 2 hours. For explosive results, stir furiously under high heat, for 30 minutes.
