Easter's Lamb

My first time roasting lamb, recipe here.

Juicy, very flavorful. My meat thermometer makes roasting meat SO easy. =)
The only regret I have is that I didn't rotate the meat halfway through, so it didn't cook equally throughout the roast. So next time, I'll do that.

It looks delicious! I was wondering how it turned out...smile, so I came over to see. Didn't think I'd get to really 'see'...

I have only ever had lamb once, and that was last year. Our Hebrew prof (he teaches the language, he's not a Hebrew/Jew) had the class over for Passover dinner Christian style...it was great (we were only a small class though, plus his family). That was the first time I had had lamb, and it was pretty good.
