So now everyone is curious about the blog ettiquette that I earlier referred to. Okay okay okay OKAY! Here's a little tidbit:
First rule of Ruth's Blog: You do not talk about the Blog.
Second rule of Ruth's Blog: You do not talk about the Blog.
There, having that done, I can go back to today's entry.
So today I'm doing a complete revamp of my resume. Well, maybe not a total revamp, but I'm definately going to change the look and structure of it (I've used the same format that I had eight years ago. And eight years ago, I graduated from high school. So yeah, it's definately about time to fix it up.) I'm also doing a bunch of errands: organizing my shelves, doing several loads of laundry, going to the bank, and then picking my prescription from Longs. I'm still a bit sore from yesterday's workout (sore in places I never knew I had muscles... e.g. my upper back) but I figured that if I continue to do my same routine, the soreness should eventually stop.
After a chat with Syd last night, it made me think about taking the initiative to get things going in life. I'm the type of person that will start a million projects all at once, and never finish a single one (Wayne hates that). So I think I'll resolve to finish at least one thing: going through Experiencing God. I started it back when I was in ZJ, China, and haven't finished it since (if you were curious, that's approximately a 2-3 year delay).
I had a good talk with Cindy Y the other night too. Her first time driving freeway on her own from SJ to Fremont. I'm really excited for her. I told her when she does it again next week (no excuses now!), she has to call me. So now she has to do it again next week (practice makes perfect!). Besides, who can grow without a little risk-taking and challenge-tackling? This is good and I'm proud of her. Yay!
